Lately we have seen so much buzz around the new Apple developer agreement.
To resume that, they basically said applications must be originally written in Objective-C, C, C++, or
JavaScript to be accepted on the AppStore.

This of course keeps our beloved Flash CS5 iPhone packager out of the
party.
Now, more than a war against Adobe seems to be a marketing strategy,
they are not stupid, they know that with the new Flash tool they will
see thousands of apps overcrowding the AppStore, and biggest problem,
developer will be able to make cross platform version of the same game
for any other marketplace, choosing different prices.
That for them must have been like a nightmare, imagine an Android with the same games of an iPhone but at a lower price!!! AAAAAAAAAAH!!! VADE RETRO SATANA!
So, yea, now the AppStore is out for us, but its not the end at all... let's analyze the thing that JailBreaking your iPhone is actually NOT illegal... really, and it is actually very easy to do.
Jailbreaking is the process one goes through which allows the
installation of unofficial third-party applications. You bought your iPhone so what you do with it is up to you, if something
goes wrong with it and you bring it back to Apple and show them your
jailbroken iPhone (which is a very stupid thing to do) they will most
definitely void your warranty. If you do go ahead and jailbreak your
iPhone or iPod touch it is a good idea to create a backup through iTunes
of how your iPhone was originally, just in case you ever have to bring
it back to Apple.
The solution
So the plan is this, we invite people to jailbreak their iPhone in any way we can, then a big company, let's say MochiAds or me (lol) organize a parallel marketplace, where people can use for example MochiCoins or anything else to buy any kind of flash game for any phone, iPhone, Android etc etc.
Imagine this huge library of flash games buyable at a good price or price zero (in case of sponsored games) and totally crossplatform, the world would be a better place!

I know the plan sounds crazy, but nobody is suable and if the thing gets a big hype Apple is fucked and must bend over to the force of developers!
